It's the busy holiday season, and what better time is there to identify lapsed customers with our new Winback Customers report.
Let's take a look.
Winback Customers
This report is designed to narrow down any customers who have previously placed orders at the store but haven't done so for quite some time.
By default, the report looks at any customers created at any time (default 10 years ago to today) but who haven't placed any orders in the last 60 days. Both of these are, of course, adjustable.
The results are then sorted by Total Spend, high to low, so you know exactly who to prioritize.

This report is particularly ideal for those stores who expect regular purchases and/or subscriptions from certain customers, so you can reach out to those people directly and hopefully incentivize them to return.
